This book (with accompanying CD) contains the words and music of nine songs, three of them based on picture books (The Gruffalo, A Squash and a Squeeze, and Monkey Puzzle), plus some action songs and others based on Aesop’s fables. Julia sings the songs with a great live band, and the CD also includes an instrumental version, which provides an accompaniment for schools or families where no one plays an instrument. The songs are simply arranged for piano and include guitar chords.
